We all know that the same thing day in and day out can really de-energize us. When it comes to your employees, you want them to be at the top of their gain around the clock. To help re-energize your team, here are a few different places you can take them to pull them out of the same day to day grind.
Escape Room
If your staff has been working hard and you want to reward them with a day to clear their minds, then an escape room is a great option. These are exciting as they put your staff into a real-life mystery where they have to work together to collect clues to solve the mystery. This is a great activity to allow your staff to engage in some teamwork outside of the office environment. You may be surprised at just how much your staff gets re-energized after spending an hour in an escape room.
Corporate Lunch
While there are many meeting venue services that you can use to find unique places to take your staff, a simple corporate lunch can be another great option. Sharing a meal together has been done since the dawn of time for a reason. It allows your staff to sit around the table and create small talk with each other about tasks and issues they’re having with their projects. Team members can get more acquainted with new hires and your staff will love being treated for a nice meal.
Amusement Park
Remember how much fun you had when you were a kid at an amusement park. With so many rides, games, and attractions, there’s always something to catch your attention. The amusement park is a great outing for your staff when you can have them bring their families to enjoy the party with you. This is a great way to get to know your staff better as many people can relax better outside of a working environment. You can meet your staff’s families and get to know them as real people, not just another member of the department.
Volunteer Days
What better way to engage your staff with the community than through a volunteer day or two. These can be a great way to get your staff out of the office environment and out into the community. They can work together for the bettering of your location community. Volunteering is a great time for staff members to put their lives into perspective and be thankful for the things they have.
