You are Feeling Tired

After following your fitness regime, you are always feeling tired. If this is the case, then you have to find out the fault in your rapid weight loss program.

Most of us don’t understand what the difference between starving and dieting is? Dieting means consuming an adequate amount of calories and nutrients whereas, starving means consuming lesser than your body requires. As a result of starving your body will suffer from energy loss, anger, anxiety and depression. This kind of diet cannot provide permanent results and you cannot follow this kind of diet for long.
