  • Do different landscaping
  • Add some high grade windows or get a new roof
  • Built a patio or an outdoor swimming pool

These additions are certainly expensive, but it can increase the price of your house by many folds. If you want to sell your house for a good price, these additions can make it happen.

Clean up and organize your house better: It is very important to organize your house and clean all the clutter before showing it to any potential buyer. By cleaning up you not only make it more presentable, but it appears that your house has more space. You can also move some of the furniture and make the rooms look bigger.
