The Healthiest Breakfast To Eat

The human body is a very complex and delicate equipment that needs energy to start after several hours of rest. And not from any energy. If you woke up and did not offer anything, slow tear our features and our body do without strength using nutrient reserves, wearing the system and draining our energy.

Stop eating in the morning, thinking that this would lose some weight; it is foolishness and only managed to stop burning calories.

Breakfast, the Most Important Meal of the Day  

To get the energy we need and reduce stress and anxiety of the long hours, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. However, many of us had breakfast or we do wrong citing lack of time. “Just me with a coffee”, we say.

The importance of a good breakfast is the ability to define our mood in the first half of the day as well as our energy levels and productivity. Poor breakfast, or based solely on stimulants such as coffee, only contributes to increased levels of irritability and stress.

Learn to Eat Small  Breakfast 

A recent study found that the groups of students who began the day with a good breakfast reduced levels of hyperactivity, improved attention and behavior and, in general, increased their average grades. It was also shown that the best is the intake of whole grains, as they are slowly digested and release glucose for many hours.

A good breakfast should be a quarter of the calories you will eat during the day and 30% if we do, in the early hours of the morning, a sport or have a job that requires physical effort. This results in the consumption of 500/600 calories for a middle-aged woman and a 700 for a man.

The choice of breakfast cereals is crucial. We always opt for unrefined, and integrate some less known but of immense nutritional value.

It is also very important to choose good bread and look for one that has been easier to digest. What not to miss on any breakfast are fresh foods, fruit or vegetable, vitamins that give us all day.

Earlier in the day is also important to take protein. One of the best is soy, which can take the form of yogurt combined with other vegetables, such as nuts or milk in its format, become liquefied fruits. Moreover, as it is not cut, it can be mixed with citrus.

We must banish the idea that all fat is bad, because with some of them we get benefits for the cardiovascular system, and help absorb fat-soluble vitamins, serve as insulation and improve the synthesis of our hormones. The seeds are the best sources, as well as olive oil, a block of olives, or avocado cream.
