Signs of Bed Bugs in Your Home

You think you may have a bed bug infestation inside of your home, but you aren’t convinced or sure yet. There’s some tell all signs that you can use to determine if there are bed bugs living inside of your home or bedding, and we are here to help you understand them. Catching on to the signs of bed bugs early is one of the easiest ways that you can get rid of them inside of your home and prevent them from spreading throughout your home to different places.

Red Dots

Sometimes one of the first things that people notice when they are bed bugs inside of their home as the red dots that they are noticing on their sheets.  Because bed bug therapy thing on your body at night, they are going to leave small red dots from your blood on your face. Many people find this to be really morbid and disgusting, but it really is one of the easiest ways to tell if there bed bugs in your bed. If you haven’t noticed that you have bites on your body, but there are little red dots on your sheets you should really look closely at your body.

Small Bites

Finding small red bites on your body is another way that you may realize that you have bed bugs. These bites are very small and many people associate them with something like eczema. However, this is not eczema and you need to look closely at the bites on your body. Usually bed bugs bite you in places like your legs because it’s convenient for them. If you were noticing these little small bumps on your legs, you should look closer at your sheets and different places to determine if there are bed bugs in your bed. These bites are usually a little bit raised, and itchy. You can do a quick Google search to determine if your legs look like bed bug bites.

Actual Bugs

If you have down the small bites on your body, and the small red dots on your sheets, there is a pretty good chance that it is bed bugs that you were noticing inside of your home. The next item to do is stuff look directly for the bed bug. if you pull back your sheets and mattress pad and look at the bedding and mattress, you may notice that there are small black bugs. Bed bugs are very small, and they like to be hidden. You’re likely going to have to look in the cracks of your bed, and underneath the things to try and find them. If you do find them you need to be careful to not carry them to other places of your home.  

They are very good at hitchhiking and they will try to follow you out of the room. If you have soft clothing on you may want to leave it in the room that you do not risk taking it out to your couch or other bedroom. Now you need to call a pest control company because you definitely have bed bugs living inside of your home. A pest control company can quickly come into your home and make sure that they get rid of all the bed bugs so that you do not risk having the spread throughout your home.
