It is evident that 2,018 workers are requested to be removed for various health issues including tendonitis, back problems and bursitis among more than 5,600 employees offering their services in the factory of Manaus.
Romulo Lins, the spokesperson and investigator of Ministry of Labor stated that the company does not follow the proper rules for business health. He also added that the management of the company is entirely ignorant of the health issues and even they lack the wish to help the employers out of the problem.
The spokesperson of Samsung however informed that they did not receive any notification regarding the case. He further added that the company would offer all type of assistance and cooperation to the Brazilian authorities.
