Robert Thanks his Indian Fans

Robert Pattinson, better known as the brooding vampire Edward Cullen from the “Twilight” series has a huge fan following in India and Robert is well aware of this fact. Thanking his Indian fans for their love and support to the vampire character, Robert said that the Indian film market was huge and he hoped that the love that he has been bestowed upon with continues with “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2” which was scheduled for a November 16 release.
Robert Pattinson gained worldwide popularity with the role of Edward Cullen. Based on the best selling novel from Stephenie Meyer, the “Twilight” series has a huge viewer ship from around the world. Robert first bagged the role of Cullen when he was 22, and the year was 2008.
Robert was happy of the success and fame that he had received after his role as Edward Cullen. However, he was a little saddened by the absence of liberty for the celebrities. He yearned loitering on the streets and missed going to the theatres or experience small joys. Nevertheless he was happy the way things had changed for him after his cameo in “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire”, in which he was Cedric Diggory.

Robert has been living the character of Edward Cullen for the past four years and with the series coming to its end soon, he is going to miss it. However, Pattinson is also looking forward to a change of image for his fans and he knows that he would have work really hard for that as it would not be easy to move out of the shadow of Edward Cullen soon. He said that he was happy and relaxed that finally the series was over but he was also going to miss going to the sets where he met familiar people each day.
Nevertheless, if Bill Condon the director of “Twilight” has his way, the series might not be over as early as it might be expected. He said that he didn’t need any books for inspiration to continue the vampire series. When this was communicated to Robert and asked whether he would like to be a part of it, he agreed instantly.
“Twilight” holds a special place for Pattinson as it has not only brought him fame and name but also found Kristen Stewart, the love of his life. Kristen was Robert’s co-star in “Twilight” and played the character of Bella Swan.
