Honda Livo Review - The Economical Indian Bike

Design and Styling

Honda Livo is a nicely designed bike that looks stylish in all the colors that it is available in. The length of the bike is 2020 mm, height is around 1099 mm and its width is 746 mm. Its slim width is perfect for the Indian traffic. The seat is highly comfortable and suitable for long rides. Handling of the bike is pretty decent as well.

Engine and Power

The Livo is equipped with a 110 cc air cooled SI engine which is sufficient enough to produce 8.2 Bhp of power and 8.63 Nm of torque. The maximum speed of the bike reaches around 86 kmph on highways. The bike comes with a kick as well as a self start mechanism.

Suspension and Brakes

The suspension and brakes in the bike are integrated in a nice way considering the Indian road conditions in mind. It has a telescopic fork suspension on the front and for the rear, it comes with a spring loaded hydraulic. The bike is equipped with drum brakes on both the ends which is pretty decent as well.

Mileage

As mileage is one of the biggest factors for people buying a bike in our country, the Honda Livo packs a stunning impression with a 74 kmpl mileage. The bike performs outstandingly well on highways as well as on city road conditions. It has a fuel capacity storage of around 8.5 liters which is best in its segment.

Wheels

Both rear and front wheels are alloy wheels of 18.5 inches which is the standard size for all the bikes in India. They look good on the overall design and the look of the bike. The wheel base size is around 1285 mm which is of the standard two wheeler size as well. The suspensions and brakes go well with the bike

Colors

One of the best things about Honda Livo is the number of colors it comes in. Most of the youngsters look out for various colors while buying a bike and the Livo offers a good choice for all of them. Honda Livo colors range from vibrant to bright ones and everything in between. The bike is available in: Sunset Brown Metallic, Athletic Blue Metallic, Black, Pearl Amazing White, Imperial Red Metallic and Matte Axis Gray Metallic.

Price

Honda has always tried to create a separate market for economic bikes which are packed with features and Honda Livo is one of them. The ex-showroom price of the Livo for the standard version is INR 53,388 and the on road price for the bike is INR 56,337. Considering all the factors and the features, the price is perfectly justified.

If you are looking a bike for using daily, you might just love everything about Livo as it is segmented into this category.
