Ornaments are another thing that you invest in and again, they do not need to be expensive. Just a simple piece of pottery can go a long way on a shelf or next to the window. You could also make it more family orientated if that is what you want. For example, you could buy 3D portraits of your family. You can even include your pets in the portrait of your family.
