These days’ games are not restricted to kids alone, anymore. Today, every individual plays some or the type of games, be it a student, a businessman, or a house wife or a 60 year old retired officer. Some play games to pass their time and some to fulfill their daily dosage of games. Everybody is taking advantage of online/ offline games available on their phones or computers and I am sure neither the one reading this is no exception nor the one writing this.
The official game of the 2014 movie The Amazing Spider man 2 has proven to be quite popular among android and iOS users. This game has also been released for Play stations, X-box and PC also. The game’s storyline loosely follows the Spider man 2 storyline. The game has a unique storyline that makes the player get glued to it with interesting turning points and the introduction of some of the legendary Super villains from the Marvel Spider man comics. Spider man has to battle out the threat posing New York City that has turned the Underworld upside down. The game starts with the recall of the earlier Amazing Spider Man 2 where the first two missions include Spider man’s mission of tracking down Uncle Ben’s murderer.
Different Missions of the Game
The storyline of the game that is loosely based on The Amazing Spider Man 2 movie has 25 missions that can be successfully divided into 14 parts. The aspects that make the game really popular are that it does not completely follow the movie’s storyline with predictable missions. The inclusion of the cut scenes right in the middle of fights where the clever player being Spider man makes wonderful heroic dodges is simply tremendous. The cheesy wise cracks are wonderfully incorporated in the usual Spiderman crime fighting theme. The open world set up is designed perfectly to give the players a real world experience.
The first six missions revolve around Uncle Ben where Spidey has to find the murder and avenge his uncle’s death. The six missions set the table for the mind boggling events and fight sequences to follow.
Then Comes the Challenges
The seventh mission would actually prove to be the player’s first encounter with objectives that involve challenging combat. It includes Spider Man 2 raiding the Oscorp and securing the prototypes and also batting out for the first time with Herman Schultz. The next two missions gives you the chance to play Spider man’s alter ego Peter Parker where the player encounters Kraven the Hunter and Spider man hooking up with Kraven for observing one of the bad gangs of Manhattan.
The following two missions include fighting out a Russian gang to rescue the hostage and to combat with the deadly Cletus Kasady. Then Spidey fights it out with Felicia Hardy; a woman pestering Spider man by calling herself the Black Cat. This fight is the beginning of the boss fights that will continue all the way to the last mission where the player fights with Kraven, Kingpin, Electro, Green Goblin.etc in the subsequent missions.
